How to Open a Local Chapter.

How to create a Local Chapter within ALSA Bangladesh

In order to start a local group you would have to follow three formal steps:
1. Contact for assistance our national board or ALSA Bangladesh Expansion team
2. Gather interested people
3. Prepare statutes according to your university law (how you will run it)

Nevertheless, in order for your ALSA Bangladesh initiative to be effective, you would have to achieve the following goals:

       I.            Set a good relationship with the administration of your faculty/university
II.            Gather people who want to be active in ALSA Bangladesh, rather than just be
III.            Create a plan you will follow, with clear deadlines and aims to achieve

Get to know your target audience:

People who want to improve English/legal English
People who are interested in Human Rights
People who are interested in debating, mooting, MUN etc.
People who are interested in travelling with academic interest
People who are interested to be a lawyer in the long run

Try to visit events organized by other ALSA Bangladesh.
